Bidding Terms and Mechanics
- The winning bidder will be charge a sales tax of 7%.
- A Buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with $1.00 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
- All sales are final. The processing will be notified by a receipt of payment via email.
- The successful bidder will be responsible for the pick-up of items after notification.
- The successful bidder will be responsible for packing or loading any items during pick-up as necessary.
- The notification of award payment receipt and identification must be presented by the time of pick-up or the item will not be released.
